1.     Assessment

• Occupants are interviewed regarding health issues and mold.
• A site assessment is conducted per the client's request.
• The site may be scanned by infrared THERMAL IMAGING to detect the presence of moisture. 
• All suspect areas are verified with moisture detection instruments.
• Recommendations to sample or not to sample are made.

2.     Sampling

• Upon authorization, samplings of suspected fungal  infestations are collected for analysis. 
• Air, Bulk and Swab samples are taken. No sample is taken without the client's approval.

3.     Processing

• The collected samples are preserved with a Chain of Custody report and released to an approved laboratory for analysis.

4.     Reporting

• A full report outlining the site assessment, sampling and processing is prepared and presented along with the laboratory results.
• Recommendations and suggestions plus referrals for remediation are supplied.
• A Remediation Protocol can also be prepared to assist in a thorough remediation process.

5.     Post Remediation Inspection & Verification

• We are available for post remediation testing to verify the work performed was complete and successful.
