Assessment
- Occupants are interviewed regarding health issues and mold.
- A site assessment is
conducted per the client's request.
- The site may be scanned by infrared
THERMAL IMAGING to detect the presence of moisture.
- All suspect areas are
verified with moisture detection instruments.
- Recommendations to sample or not to sample are made.
2.
Sampling
- Upon authorization by the client, samplings
of suspected fungal infestations are collected for analysis.
- Air, Bulk and Swab samples may
be collected. No sample is taken without the client's approval.
3. Processing
- The collected samples are preserved with a Chain of Custody report and released to a certified laboratory
for analysis.
4. Reporting
- A full report outlining the site
assessment, sampling and processing is prepared and presented along with the laboratory results.
- Recommendations
and suggestions plus referrals for remediation are supplied.
- A Remediation Protocol can also be prepared
to assist in a thorough remediation process at an additional cost.
5. Post Remediation
Inspection & Verification
- We are available for post remediation testing to verify the work performed
was complete and successful.
