Ken Duvall is the owner of CMA. Ken is Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Orange County chapter of
Indoor Air Quality Association (a national association of >6500 members).
Mr. Duvall has testified as an EXPERT WITNESS in the Superior Court of California on numerous
occasions in the fields of mold and moisture intrusion and construction defects.
It is important to ask for an inspector's Training and Certification. Many inspectors are certified
only by the school providing the training. This is NOT a CERTIFICATION. It's a Certificate of Completion.
